Over at SuperNoVa Mom I wrote about a recent lunch at Not Your Average Joe’s in Lansdowne Town Center, where my friend and I really hit it off with the staff. We chatted up our server, who informed his boss that it was our first time there. The general manager, Jeff Kops, came over and gave us a “First-Timer’s Package,” which includes a brochure from founder Stephen Silverstein explaining that “we’re not looking for a one-time fling. Our goal is a long and happy relationship.” It also contained a takeout menu, Kops’ business card, a refrigerator magnet and a card giving you $5 off your next visit.
I’d like to share the love, so if you’d like the $5 discount card, just leave a comment and be sure to leave your e-mail (it doesn’t get published on this site). I’ll close comments at midnight Sunday, May 11, and choose a winner on Monday. The winner will be notified by e-mail.

We’re happy to find somewhere with a good chicken finger! It’s nice that they are serious about customer service too.
